Ankarsund's associations develop activities for the village together. The community association is the fishing rights holder for Gardsjöbäcken and handles fishing management and card sales. Strives for a sustainable population of brook trout in Gardsjöbäcken. The supply of fish is not infinite - that's why we have introduced certain restrictions - see the rules tab.

The interest association holds a "wilderness camping" at the outlet of the stream. There is space for tents, caravans and motorhomes. Several barbecue areas and a "barbecue hut". The camping is free of charge - but contributions are welcome in the Red Box at the beginning of the campsite. Please write a few lines about your experience!

We hope you enjoy our area. Take care of nature, make fires in arranged fire places - not on the rocks. Keep it clean and use the garbage cans available at the campsite. Use the toilet - or bring a shovel and bury it. The same applies to fish remains.
