Bortan-Häljeboda FVOF was formed in 1980 and consists of 48 fishable waters. Several rivers with trout production flow through the area. The most common fish species are pike, perch, roach and trout. The area also offers put-and-take for rainbow trout in Stora Bogtjärnet.

The largest waters are Storeken, Vällen, Holmsjön, Borgsjön, Övre Vassbotten, Nedre Vassbotten, Nyesjön and Lövsjön.

We work with biotope management to increase the trout population.
