Järna FVOF was formed in 1981. The association's task is to manage the fishing within Järna parish in Vansbro municipality. The association's purpose is to coordinate fishing operations and fisheries management, and to grant fishing rights to the public. Järna FVOF has two types of fishing licenses, fishing for locals and fishing licenses for visitors/tourists. Within the area there are lakes and waterways with game fish. Trout and char are stocked annually.
