Lagan-Skålåns FVO is located along the E4. The fishery management area has continuous stocking of trout. Trout are planted at the mill yard, at the community of Lagan and downstream of the power plant in Ljungby.

There is now a small population of wild trout in the system, if you catch a wild trout, that fish should not be lifted out of the water but rather unhooked and carefully released.

Free fishing for young people up to 18 years of age.
