Rönninge Fisheries Conservation Association protects fishing and fisheries, including by deciding on fishing regulations, issuing fishing licenses, carrying out fishing inspections and monitoring, stocking fish and evaluating the stock through trial fishing.

The association also protects the aquatic environments in the area.
