The Fisheries Conservation Association manages and cares for the fisheries in a part of the Dalälven River within the fisheries conservation area. We also operate a put&take water in Hjällsjön under our own management.

The Fisheries Conservation Association strives to achieve a fishing water that is productive and sustainable in the long term. This means that the water's opportunities for fish production should be utilized and that the fishing rules should be adapted to the ecological conditions and the association's goals.

An important part of the management plan was to shape and establish fishing rules that will contribute to high-quality fishing.
