The association's purpose and its main task is to promote and conduct fisheries management, i.e. to develop and improve fishing and its conditions. For many years, there has been close cooperation with Norra Värmeln's FVOF. This has gradually resulted in the rules and fishing license prices being coordinated and that each fishing license is also valid throughout Lake Värmeln.
