Svängsta sportfiskeklubb is a non-profit fishing club that was formed in 1945. The first chairman was Göte Borgström, the founder of ABU in Svängsta. The club's activities today mainly consist of organizing fishing in Abborresjön, Svängsta with continuous planting of Rainbow trout and the sale of fishing licenses. In addition to fishing as above, for members of the club there is some access to fishing in Mörrumsån through a collaboration with Sveaskog.
