The purpose of the association is to coordinate fishing and fishery management, to promote the common interests of fishing right holders, taking into account the regulations that apply to the practice of fishing, and to provide fishing to the public through the sale of fishing licenses. The association was formed in 1982 and consists of properties with fishing rights in Lake Tisaren.
