Torpa parish fishing area association was formed in 1989.

The association manages fishing in a water area in the southwestern part of Kronoberg County. The area is located within Ljungby and Markaryd municipalities and consists of the following lakes and watercourses; Mäen, Skärsjön, Boasjön, Bodasjön, Källshultssjön, Hinnerydssjöarna, Hinnån, Torpaån and other tributary watercourses.
