The association's goal is to be able to offer varied fishing at the scenic Valen during all seasons and for all ages. Competition participants and schoolchildren are just as welcome as lone fishermen.

The association's purpose is to protect the interests of the visitor and the lake so that sustainable fishing in harmony with nature can be achieved for generations to come.
