Säffle Sportfiskeförening har hand om fiskeverksamheten så som försäljning av fiskekort och tillsynen inom Säffle kommuns arrendevatten i Byälven.
Vattnet sträcker sig från norrspetsen av Röllseholmen ut till Låka fyr och är indelat i 3 olika zoner. Vattnet ingår även i Harefjordens fiskevårdsområde, men är uppdelat på två olika föreningar.
