Rannsjön's fishing area includes fishing in Rannsjön, which is 658 hectares in size, and also a number of surrounding ponds and smaller lakes and streams. Mainly pike and perch, but also trout and eel are found. A boat ramp for launching boats is located on the eastern side of Rannsjön at Utterbäcksviken.
