Lönern's FVOF, which was formed in 1988, has since been responsible for the fisheries in the lakes Lönern, Vinsarpasjön and Yttern. The majority of the income from fishing license sales is used to promote and develop fishing. Among other things, the pike-perch population is strengthened by stocking.

The association's fisheries conservation efforts also contribute to increasing the attractiveness of the area, for the benefit of both visitors and year-round residents.

In order to maintain and strengthen Lönern's water quality, fish stocks and natural environment, we want everyone to help keep Lönern's waters and beaches free of litter. Do not throw litter into the water and always take litter with you from beaches and islands.
