The current fishing area of the Ramnäs fishing association was formed in 1992.

The purpose of the association is to coordinate fishing and fishing management, to promote the common interests of the members, taking into account the regulations that apply, and to grant fishing rights to the public.

The fishing area includes three Put & Take lakes, Abbortjärn, Stentjärn (see separate rules)
