The Saxån-Braån fishing conservation area association manages the fishing for joint fishing rights owners (property owners with a land registry) when the fishing is not transferred at the time of the transfer or later. This means that the fishing conservation area association legally represents the voice of the fishing rights owners in matters where fishing is concerned regardless of who is the property owner according to Act 1973; 1150 and according to Lofo 20§ first paragraph. Special exceptions for fishing in the area are also claimed by the association.
