Göta älvs, Lilla Edet Trollhättans Fiskevårdsområdesförening was formed in 1991.

The association's purpose is to jointly safeguard the interests and rights of the fishing right holders in Göta älv and its tributaries, from north of the power station in Lilla Edet to south of the power station, up to the "hanging bridge" in Trollhättan. The association represents 132 individual land and fishing right holders within the water system. Our goal is to develop fishing and fauna for the future.
