Skogstjärnen's fishing management area manages all fishing within the Skogstjärnen's fishing management area in Årjäng municipality and covers the lakes from Våxlandatjärnet in the south to Rinnen in the north according to the map.
- A valid fishing license must be carried when fishing and shown to the fishing supervisor, fishing rights owner upon request.
- The fishing license is personal and cannot be transferred.
- Fishing with hand gear (fishing rod, casting rod, fly rod, ice rod) and for towing with a maximum of 2 tows from a boat, within the entire fishing management area.

Locality card
A person who is registered in the household included in the fishing management area and such a co-owner in the fishing (partner in jointly owned property, estate property, etc.) who does not have the right to redeem a fishing right certificate, is entitled to redeem a locality card.
Local card entitles you to fish for household needs: - with all legal gear, a maximum of 2 nets and 2 traps. - with hand gear (fishing rod, casting rod, fly rod and ice rod) and with a maximum of 2 pulls from a boat within the fishery management area.
