All crayfish fishing is prohibited except for fishing water rights holders.
A valid fishing license is required for all fishing.
Fishing is permitted during the period 1 March - 30 September.
Only mobile gear is permitted - fixed gear is however permitted for fishing water rights holders when fishing for crayfish.
Angling with bait is permitted in calmer waters throughout the water area.
In rapids and strongly flowing waters where trout are mainly found, only fly and spin fishing is permitted.
Barbless hooks or pressed barbs must be used to avoid damaging fish that are to be released, which also applies to all fishing in Lillån.
Sea trout under 50 cm must be released immediately - one sea trout per season over 50 cm can be kept. Since the natural regeneration of trout is not yet satisfactory, it is important to also release small trout.
Other fish species such as pike, perch, roach, bream, roach, etc. are allowed. No restrictions on size and number for these.
Permanent fishing ban applies at Gonarp power station.
