You must have a fishing license to fish. The code for the SMS fishing license must be carried when fishing! Bring your mobile phone with the SMS. When fishing, the SMS code must be presented to the inspector without further prompting. Facilitate the inspection by stopping and picking up your gear. One pike (under 80 cm) per day and boat may be caught and consumed at Östanbäcks Fiske. One tench or bream food fish may be kept per day. Food fish (under 35 cm) of perch may be caught and consumed during your stay with us. Otherwise, catch & release applies. The local fishing license is valid for nine km of Svartån. Please note that other fishing licenses are valid in other parts of the river.
Free fishing for children and young people up to 15 years of age only in the company of an adult who holds a valid fishing license (on their quota).
