All fishing licenses are personal. Fishing caught without a fishing license may be required to pay a control fee of 1500: - Nets and minnows must be marked with the owner's name. Annual Family Card Nets for household fishing, minnows, and hand tools Applies to spouse and children under 16 years of age Crayfish fishing in Åman and Vindelälven is only permitted for fishing rights holders.
Fishing season
Protected fishing. Completely protected fishing shall prevail in Manjaurån 1/1 - 31/5 and 16/8 - 31/12 the same year. 25/4-31/5 there is a fishing ban in Vindelälven and Åman from Noret to the outlet of Vindelälven.
Methods: Sport fishing, nets, minnows. Fishing from a boat or other floating craft: Permitted in all waters unless otherwise stated. A net ban applies all year round in the following waters: Västra Skärträsken, Vintertjärn, Långtjärn, Gröntjärn, Vittjärn, Sikträskån, Manjaurån, Noret to the outlet of the Vindelälven and Idtjärn. The net ban also applies to non-fishing right holders in Åmträsket, Östersjö and Djupsundsjön.
