The fishing right holder shall be responsible for information about the fishing rules in the granted waters. Control fees for granted waters are paid by the current fishing right holder.

Fishing right holder Fishing right holders who engage in fishing must hold and, upon request by the police or fishing inspector, show a fishing right certificate or fishing license. In order to exercise their fishing right, fishing right holders must obtain a fishing right certificate. The certificate is also valid for the fishing right holder's family. The certificate may be transferred to any named person outside the family one year at a time. Fishing right holders may own multiple fishing right certificates (one for each whole % within the area started)

Fishing right holders can obtain fishing right certificates that are valid per calendar year free of charge via chairman Dan Törnström. Contact him at 070 - 6323251 to arrange a time.

Fishing rights holders fish in the area as follows: a) Fishing with all legal gear in waters within the boundaries of their own parcel, with the exception of restrictions on fishing rights mentioned below. b) Fishing with hand gear in other waters licensed for general short-line fishing according to the rules that apply to daily permits. c Fishing rights holders may use a maximum of 6 nets of 30 m at the same time and connect a maximum of 3 nets. d Fishing rights holders must mark their fishing gear so that the owner can be easily identified, for example with their name, telephone number or the card number of the fishing rights holder certificate.

Restrictions on fishing rights Hofors FVOF may decide at the annual general meeting on a fishing ban, a ban on fishing with fixed hand gear or other restrictions on fishing for fishing rights holders in certain watercourses. Such an intervention in fishing rights must be well justified.

Within Hofors FVO, fishing bans apply to fishing right holders in the following waters: Ormsjön, Långsjön, Igeltjärnen, and Ankdammen up to the outlet of Hammardammen. The interference with the fishing right holders' fishing rights is considered negligible compared to the benefits of allowing the lakes to be used for Put and Take fishing. In the above-mentioned waters, fishing right holders fish on the same terms as the general public.

Net bans and bans on fixed fishing gear (with the exception of trial fishing and fishery conservation measures carried out under the auspices of the fishery conservation area) also apply in Storgösken, Lillgösken, Hyn, Nottjärnen, and Tolven. Restrictions have been made in consultation with the fishing right holders concerned and are intended to protect implanted stocks of pike-perch, carp, and trout.
