Lazy and pike fishing and net fishing are completely prohibited in Dammån.
Catch restrictions
Minimum size of grayling 30cm Minimum size of trout 45cm and 1 trout/day.
Total fishing ban in force
- the suspension bridge upstream in Lekarån and to Storfallet.
- From the wind shelter (50 m upstream of the fish ladder) downstream to the suspension bridge at the power plant, on the power plant side the ban applies further past the suspension bridge and to 50 m downstream of the outlet of the power plant stream.
- Bastuån. Fishing ban on part of Bastuån from the falls 2km upstream of Gräftåvallsvägen and downstream to the outlet Dammån.
- in Dammån and flowing tributaries during the period 1st September - 30th May.
