Etelhem Fishing License Area

General: NOTE! THIS FISHING LICENSE APPLIES TO SIGVALDE AND HAGEBY TRÄSK (SEE MAP). READ THE FISHING RULES CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU START FISHING. Children and young people fish for free up to and including the year they turn 16. Adults and young people over 16 always require a fishing license. The fishing license is personal, may not be transferred and is only valid together with a valid ID document. The fishing license must always be at hand and can be presented upon request by a supervisor. Annual licenses are valid for 365 days from the date of purchase. The annual license is also a family license and is valid for the cardholder with his/her spouse/cohabitant and accompanying children/young people under 16 years of age and in the cardholder's company. The fishing license must always be available when fishing and must be presented upon supervision. Illegal fishing or violations of the fishing license rules may lead to a police report. Show respect for animals and nature and leave the fishing spot in a tidy condition. Used fishing gear and other rubbish that ends up on the ground must be picked up. Keep it clean and tidy and you will contribute to everyone having a pleasant experience! Fishing season: Fishing season all year round. Methods: Only rod fishing with one rod at a time is permitted. Exceptions apply to ice fishing, when a maximum of three rods are permitted at a time. All rods must always be supervised. Fishing with mass-catching gear such as nets, gillnets or gillnets, as well as jerk fishing, is prohibited. Catch restrictions: Pike and tench must always be released. A maximum of 2 perch under 30 cm may be kept per fisherman per day. The fishing license does not entitle you to crayfish fishing. Other rules: Show consideration for bathers. Fishing is not permitted on and next to the bathing jetties if there are bathers. Bathers ALWAYS have priority on bathing jetties and other facilities intended for bathing.
