Hook fishing is permitted within the entire fishery management area. Net fishing in certain areas. Fishing season: Gray is protected during spawning season from April 15 to May 30. Prohibited from net fishing during October 20 - December 31. The dimensions are calculated from the tip of the snout to the outermost tip of the tail fin. Salmon and trout with an adipose fin must be released. Gray catch window 35-45 cm smaller or larger grayling can be released.
