Fishing plan and conditions for lease. Respect the right of public access and remember that you are a guest of the respective landowner! A total fishing ban applies for 100 m in each direction at the "stairs" in connection with the power plants at Apelnäs and Bosgården. It is also prohibited to fish from the bridge at the exit to Värred.
There is a fishing ban on eels, in order to fish for eels, 2 migration barriers from the sea are required, which are not met. Salmon and trout have been stocked and reproduction is showing good success.
In order to establish a viable stock, there are restrictions. It is permitted to take salmonid fish between 45 and 90 cm. This means that salmonid fish under 45 cm and over 90 cm must be released. During the period 1 October to 31 March, fishing for trout and salmon is prohibited. Damaged fish that are not considered to be able to survive will be killed and perhaps cut into smaller pieces before being returned to the water.
Regulations for fishing license buyers: Fishing is required to be aware of the applicable regulations for the fishing conservation area. Only hand gear is permitted. Cards may be transferred to a spouse or cohabitant but not to anyone else. Fishermen are required to present their fishing license and identification to the fishing rights owner or Fishing License Inspector upon request. Fishing licenses that are misused may be revoked with immediate effect. Violations of applicable regulations will be prosecuted.
Annual fishing licenses cost 100:- and are valid per calendar year. Monthly licenses cost 50:- and are valid for 30 days. Daily licenses cost 20:- and are valid for 24 hours. Children and young people under 15 years of age fish for free under the same conditions as fishing license buyers.
Regulations for fishing license owners: Fishing license owners may fish free of charge under the same rules as fishing license buyers. Fishing licenses for the property's waters for fixed gear can be purchased. Price 50:- and are valid per calendar year. Fishing license owners shall have the right to fish with trawling from a boat.
Regulations for fishing supervisors and board members: Fishing supervisors and board members fish under the same conditions as fishing license owners.
