Applies to Ammerån except for the special section. The fishing license also applies to Gäddvattnet, Krokvågssjön, Ytterstvattnet and Gerilån between Ytterstvattnet and Krokvågssjrön. Fishing in Ammerån includes the section between Röningsviken (Selet) and the Ammerån mouth valley in Insälven and is divided into different sections for general fishing, fly fishing and a special section where fly fishing and catch and release apply. These different sections are shown on the map in the app. Fishing ban applies to the period between 1/3 to 31/5 and all tributaries to Ammerån are completely protected. Trout are protected in Ammerån during the period 1/9 to. 1/11. Ammerån general fishing: General fishing includes spin fishing, fly fishing and angling with a top knot line. Max 3 fish per fishing license and 24 hours. For grayling and trout, the window withdrawal applies 35-38 cm. The stretches that are allowed for general fishing are marked in green on the map. Ammerån fly fishing: The stretch Krokforsen (after Krokforsen) to the outlet of the Färsån, except for the special stretch, is only open for fly fishing with a fly rod and flies without barbs. Ammerån special stretch: This is a very nice fly fishing stretch between Moan, the upper bridge anchorage down to Högremmen, the large wind shelter. Catch and release applies here, fishing should be conducted with a fly rod and flies without barbs. The stretch opens for fishing on Midsummer Eve and is limited to a maximum of 9 fishing permits per day. The fishing permit, which is valid from 12:00 to 06:00 the following day, costs 350 SEK and can only be purchased at Färsåns Fritid och Fiskecamp. The special stretch is marked in red on the map. Gerilån: Grayfish and trout. Gerilån is open for fishing with spinning, fly and angling with a top knotted line. The fishing ban applies from 1/3 to 31/5.
