Natural water
In Sörängs Bergsjö, Nödre Fisklösen, Kvarnsjön and Bergsjön, fishing is carried out on wild fish. No rainbow trout are planted. Here the White fishing license applies. The white fishing license is NOT valid in yellow lakes, but a yellow rainbow license is required there. The white fishing license is NOT valid in Edsån.
Ottersjön Ottersjön is NOT included in the fishing license. Ottersjön is a staff lake and all fishing in the lake is prohibited.
Boat
Boats for fishing with the white fishing license are available for rent in Bergsjön and Kvarnsjön. Boat licenses can only be purchased at OK/Q8 in Karlsborg, 0505-441 51. Own boats or engines are not allowed in the lakes.
The fishing license is sold as a 24-hour license and is valid for 24 hours from the time entered on the card. Name and date must be entered on the card to be valid. The fishing license must always be carried when fishing.
The fishing license is personal and must be shown to the inspector upon request without being asked.
Only one rod per fishing license is allowed. A maximum of three flies, one line or one hook with bait may be attached to one rod. Live fish may not be used as bait. Mashing is not permitted.
Three salmonid fish may be killed per fishing license, then the fishing license is used up. A new fishing license is required for further fishing. Children under 10 years of age may fish on the guardian's fishing license. Then a maximum of three killed salmonid fish applies. The family card's catch quota is 6 fish in total.
For everyone's well-being, please be considerate of other visitors. An angler changes fishing spots and does not mark these unnecessarily.
Do not litter in nature. Remember that forgotten fishing lines can harm birds and animals. Items brought along must not be left behind or thrown into other than designated garbage containers. There are barbecue areas at the lakes, and disposable barbecues must be used in these.
Fishing without a valid fishing license is considered illegal fishing, which is punishable and the equipment will be confiscated. Violating the applicable regulations will result in the immediate loss of the fishing right. Not taking note of the applicable regulations does not exempt from liability.
Rules for ice fishing
One ice fishing rod per fishing license and a maximum catch of three salmonid fish. If three fish are killed, the card is used up. Live fish may not be used as bait. Maximum ten angelfish OR ten pike perch per fishing license. A separate fishing license is required for pike perch or angelfish.
