Everyone who rents boats from us is also responsible for returning them in the same condition as when they were received. Of course, you take all trash back with you.
You are responsible for bringing your own life jackets for everyone in the boat!
The person renting the boat is responsible for: – all safety in connection with the use of the boat. Avoid standing in the boat and always wear a life jacket. – that oars and buckets are still there and are in usable condition. – that the boat and accessories are restored to the dock/original location. – that the boat is returned within the agreed rental period. – that damage and other deficiencies are reported to Sportfiskarna. Failure to report may result in liability for compensation. – damage must be compensated by the person who caused the damage. An inspection after the rental period may take place.
The lessor disclaims all liability for any accidents resulting from external or other circumstances.
