Allowed gear is spinning, angling, fly and trolling. Max 2 gear/person. Closed season for salmon and trout 15 Oct-31 March. Only farmed salmon may be kept, i.e. salmon without adipose fin. All wild salmon (with adipose fin still in place) must be released. Max 2 salmonid fish/day. Eels are protected. Young people under 15 years of age fish for free
The card is valid in the Göta River from Jordfallsbron to the border with Lilla Edets municipality and the main channel of Grönån with the exception of Forsån where fishing is allowed up to the road bridge in Skepplanda.
