(does not apply to net fishing) • Fishing within a protected area • Use of unauthorized bait or lure or unauthorized number of gear

• Violation of other regulations established by the association.
Repeated violations result in an increase in the control fee, maximum 5000SEK. In some cases, it may be illegal fishing, e.g. violation of the maximum number of fish. If the withdrawal is greater than what is stated in the rules, the fishing license is forfeited and invalid, and then it is illegal fishing as the fishing license buyer does not have a fishing license. The fee must be paid within 30 days, after which the matter will be forwarded to debt collection.
