These local fishing regulations must be followed according to law.
We have trained fishing inspectors to check fishing licenses and violations.
- The license is required for Camping and is only valid for fishing in Ö.Hedtjärn or Sottjärn.
- Only fly fishing is allowed at Sottjärn. In Ö.Hedtjärn you can fish with spinning, reel and fishing rod.
- Children under 12 years of age fish in the company of a guardian, on their card.
Rules that you must follow:
- A maximum of 3 game fish per day may be taken, applies to all cards.
- Fishing gear must be kept under supervision when fishing.
- Illegal fishing (poaching): All fishing without a valid fishing license will be reported to the police. We will confiscate all equipment used at the time as well as a police report and claim for damages.
- Littering, police report according to the new law on littering.
- We reserve the right to confiscate fishing licenses and ban people from fishing in our lakes who do not follow our rules, severely disturb other fishermen or otherwise behave inappropriately.
In case of violation of our local fishing regulations, we charge a control fee. The control fee is written out at the lake by a licensed fishing inspector.
- A tackled rod may be brought when fishing. Control fee 1,000 SEK
- If you catch more than 3 fish on your card. Control fee 1,000 SEK.
