Provisions for the fishing license holder

Fishing may not be conducted closer than 50 meters from a bathing jetty or built-up beach plot without special permission from the owner.
Fishing may not be conducted in such proximity to exposed nets or other gear that these are disentangled or damaged.
The fishing license does not entitle you to fishing with gear other than that stated on the fishing license. Roach huts that are left must always be marked with the owner's/fisherman's name and address and telephone number. Fishing with roach huts may only take place during the ice period (winter).
The fishing license holder must respect and be well informed about the closed hours and bird protection as well as the instruction and prohibition signs in the area. Violation may result in the rejection and confiscation of the fishing license.
The fishing license must always be carried on the fishing trip and presented upon request by the police, supervisor or landowner's representative.
If the car is parked in a designated parking space at the fishing spot/boating spot, the fishing license can be placed inside the windshield, clearly visible.
The fishing license is personal and may not be transferred, but also applies to children under 15 years of age if they are in the company of the card holder.
Fishing boats for fishing may be borrowed free of charge in lakes where such are available, see list of lakes. The boat must be left securely moored. Your own boat may only be put into the lake permanently (more than a week) after special agreement. The boat must always be marked with the owner's name and address.
In our lakes, petrol-powered boat engines are prohibited, unless a special permit has been obtained.
For transport on private roads, the fishing license is valid as a pass when traveling to and from the fishing water. If there is a road barrier, it must be respected and the road is then closed to motor traffic.
Contribute to clean water and clean nature so that everyone gets a nice nature experience in our lands. Be careful with FIRE and never make fires on moss and peat lands.

Annual license is valid for: angling, ice fishing rod, casting rod, drag, fly rod and 10 fishing tackle. Applies to calendar year.
Day passes are valid for: angling, ice fishing, casting rods, trolling, fly rods and 10 fishing tackle. Day passes are counted as days with the same date.
