General terms and conditions
- Boat spot Annual payment entitles you to rent a boat spot during the calendar year (1 Jan - 31 Dec).
- All payment/extension of a boat spot is made here via iFiske.
- Anyone who does not already have a boat spot must first contact the association for allocation of a vacant spot, see contact details.
- To keep the same boat spot from the previous year, payment must be received by the association no later than 31 March for the upcoming season. After this date, the spot can be allocated to another boat spot holder.
- All boat spot holders have access to the parking area at the docking spot for winter storage, this is on a first come, first served basis as spots are limited.
- It is the mooring owner's own responsibility to take care of the place. If a place is clearly mismanaged and not used, for example by the boat never being drained and lying sunk for a long time, we will notify the mooring owner about what needs to be done. If it is not done, we reserve the right to break the agreement so that the mooring place can be allocated to someone else.
Incorrectly placed boats and unpaid fees
- If payment is not received within the prescribed time, the mooring place owner will be notified. If payment is still not received, the mooring place owner will lose the right to dispose of the place. The place can then be allocated to another mooring place owner.
- It is not allowed to park boats or boat trailers in the forest or in other undesignated places in the vicinity. Boat trailers must be taken home when not in use.
- If a boat or boat trailer is placed in the wrong place, if payment is not made despite a reminder, or if the boat space is mismanaged despite a reminder, the association has the right to move the boat/boat trailer to the correct place or parking area at the owner's expense. The association is not responsible for any damage that may occur in connection with such a move. - - If an unpaid or incorrectly placed boat/boat trailer is not picked up by the owner, the association has the right to apply for special assistance from the Swedish Enforcement Authority to have the boat/boat trailer removed.
