The fishing license is personal and entitles you to fishing with hand gear (spinning, angling, fly, trolling) but not nets, crayfish fishing, etc.     Note a separate card for Hallarydsforsen, with different rules, only fly fishing, Catch and release, and protected fishing in lower Lillån Hallaryd and between the road bridge and the falls. See map under buy fishing license. Hallarydsforsen is open 1 April-30 September and protected 1 October-31 March Recommendation for Brokasjö Catch and release for pike until further notice. When fishing inspection, the authorized fishing license must be presented to the inspector without further request. Do not fish closer than 100 m from built-up beach areas, bathing areas, fixed gear or on bridges. Children/youth up to 15 years of age fish for free in the company of a guardian upon presentation of a license. Trout under 30 cm are released, and are protected October-March. The moth is protected.
