All waters in Laxviken FVO are open for fishing with hand gear, with the exception of Fjösviken and the stream on the western side around the islet.
Game fish (Trout, Char): 5 game fish cards/day within the area. The fish must be at least 25 cm.
Hotagströmmen
From 1/8 only fly rods may be used. Max 3 fish, of which max 1 trout. The fish must be at least 40 cm. 100 meters downstream and 300 meters upstream of the dam and in the small stream on the western side of the island, all fishing is prohibited. All types of baited hooks are prohibited.

Minimum size of trout, 50 cm. Maximum number of rods 10 pieces. Boat in Hotagensjön, boat available for rent in Gammalålvikstjärn.
