• Fishermen are responsible for ascertaining the applicable regulations and rules. • Fishing may only be done with sport fishing gear, a maximum of one rod carried by hand per card. • The fishing card is personal and may not be transferred. • Fishing card and identification must be carried when fishing and shown to the supervisor/fishing license holder upon request.
In most larger waters, it is permitted to fish from a boat with one rod per fishing card.
The rules that apply to the different waters can be obtained from Fiska in Strömsund Municipality. There are, among other things, special trolling cards in many fishing areas
