Fishing rules for Trolling/ice angling/vertical fishing in Fryken
The fishing card entitles you to fishing with: Trolling boat with max. 8 rods per boat Ice angling with max. 4 rods.Vertical fishing with max. 2 rods per boat. Applies only to the upper part of Fryken within the applicable fishing management area. Closed season for Trout: 1 Sep-30 Dec. Pikeperch 15 May-15 June Catch limit 3 Trout per day 3 Pikeperch per day. Minimum size Trout 50cm Pikeperch 50 cm The card is personal and cannot be transferred and is valid for 1 year The fishing year is from 1 May to 30 April of the following year. Fishing ban Outside Bredvikens Camping in Övre Fryken there are four orange buoys, where fishing is prohibited from 1/5 to Midsummer Eve.
The association charges a control fee of 3,500 SEK for violations of the rules.
