Fishing rules for Västra Mölndalsåns FVOF.The fishing card applies to: - see above for the scope of the associationThe cardholder's family members, i.e. spouse/partner and children living at home up to the age of 19, have the right to accompany the cardholder and participate with their own gear.Fishing may be done with hand gear and fishing tackle. Fishing with roach for roach is only permitted for fishing during the ice fishing season and is limited to a roach that must be marked with the fishing card number clearly visible so that it can be read without taking up the gear.NOTE! 1. When fishing for roach in Stora and Lilla Hålsjön, only bait fish from these lakes may be used. 2. Carp that is caught must be released back to the catch site as soon as possible. 3. The fishing license is not valid for crayfish fishing. Young people who are 16 years of age or younger may fish without a fishing license in the fishing waters belonging to the card according to the same rules that apply to card fishing holders. The fishing license is valid for the specified time and according to the specified provisions in case of legal liability. In case of misuse or violations, the card will be withdrawn and the fisherman will not be asked to return it. The fishing license must be carried when fishing and the identity must be able to be verified. Fishing is not allowed at beaches during the swimming season. Plots of land, cultivated land and private jetties may not be entered. Keep in mind that the fishing license does not give you the right to use private roads or to park inappropriately. Use your judgment.
Crayfish fishing rules
Västra Mölndalsåns FVOF
Only fishing right holders have the right to fish for signal crayfish and river crayfish within their own fishing right during the period from 5:00 p.m. the first Wednesday in August through September 15. The cages must be marked with the fishing license number.
The minimum measurement must be 10.0 centimeters from the forehead horn to the fixed part of the tail.
Stora Hålsjön
Only fishing license holders have the right to fish for crayfish within their own fishing license parcel during the period from 5:00 p.m. on the first Wednesday in August through September 15. The cages must be marked with the fishing license number.
No bait from other lakes may be used unless it has been frozen for at least 48 hours and the cages must not have been used in other waters without first being disinfected according to the rules for crayfish plague-infected water.
The minimum measurement must be 10.0 centimeters from the forehead horn to the fixed part of the tail.
Catches must be reported to the board no later than the following day.
