Members (fishing rights holders) must hold a fishing rights card in order to exercise their fishing rights. For an issued fishing rights card, fishing may be conducted, in addition to the holder, by the holder's spouse and persons of equal status, as well as children registered in the parental home.
A fishing rights card entitles the holder to fish for household needs: - within fishing waters belonging to the own parcel of land or the own property with all legal gear.
- within the entire fishery management area with hand gear (fishing rod, casting rod, fly rod, ice rod) and with a maximum of two pulls from a boat.
