Fishing regulations Ryggens Fiskevårdsområde

A fishing license is required for all fishing within Ryggen FVO (see map on notice board, website and iFiske) Free fishing for children and young people up to 14 years of age, as long as the rules below are followed.

The fishing license is personal and must be presented on site

  • One hand tool per person.
  • Maximum two game fish per day. Only one fishing license per person per day
  • Prohibition of angling and ice fishing in Fäbodsjön. Other lakes: Max. 10 angling rods or ice fishing rods. Prohibition of bringing bait fish from other watercourses. (Due to risk of crayfish plague infection).
  • Prohibition of crayfish fishing.
  • Prohibition of fishing with nets, pike scissors, minnows or other fixed gear.
  • Prohibition in Ryggensjön to bring a boat or float ring. Prohibition in Fäbodsjön. Other lakes allowed.
