§ 1 In order to fish within the Ludvika southern Fiskevårdsområde, the angler must have a fishing permit or fishing license.
§ 2 The fishing permit/fishing license covers the lakes Haggen, Saxen, Snösjön, Vasselsjön, Hällsjön, Dammsjön and the Östansbo, Knutsbo, Lorensberga, and Ängstjärnarna lakes.
§ 3 The fishing permit/fishing license also applies to spouses/cohabitants and accompanying children up to the age of 18.
§ 4 The fishing permit/fishing license must be carried with all fishing and a valid ID document.
§ 5 When trolling, four rods or two reels may be used per fishing license. Otter fishing and the use of a paravan are permitted, but sledding is not permitted.
§ 6 A maximum of three game fish may be caught per day.
§ 7 Net fishing may only be used by fishing right holders, maximum 2 nets and a total of 60 meters
§ 8 A roach or roach hut may be used but the gear must be marked with name and telephone number, 20 fishing tackle or 20 hooks (floats) may be used per fishing license.
§ 9 Fishing ban from 1 September to the end of October in flowing water and within 200 meters of the outlet into lakes from rivers and streams.
§ 10 The association has the right to charge an inspection fee to anyone who has fished in violation of the association's rules.

Too many rods, reefs, hooks, roach tackle, roach huts and roach huts
Inspection fee: 2500 SEK
Net fishing without a fishing license.
Inspection fee: 5000 SEK
Net fishing with a fishing license with a net that is too long.
