Fishing, crayfish fishing may only be conducted in the water that belongs to the owner's own parcel. Exceptions for fishing with fixed gear and conditions for crayfish fishing are stated below. Fixed gear includes cast nets, nets, cast nets and longlines. Fishing with hand gear and fishing gear may be conducted within the entire fishery conservation area with certain exceptions and times, see below.
A fishing license is required for all fishing within the fishery conservation area. A fishing license is personal. A special fishing license applies to the Små-illingarna and Spjutsjön. A fishing license and identification must be presented upon inspection. Children up to 15 years of age fish for free in the company of a guardian. The limitation on fish size and number of fish applies to children and guardians jointly. A fishing license requires a property with fishing rights, the property name must be stated on the fishing license. A fishing license entitles you to crayfish fishing.
Free fishing for children and young people up to and including 15 years of age, does not apply in putt and take water.
Net fishing is prohibited in the northern part of Stora Aspan, north of "Stockholm" to the outlet of Hedbäcken.
Net fishing is prohibited in the entire Holsjön.
Net fishing is prohibited within a radius of 100m from marked rice paddies in Stora Aspan.
In Spjutsjön, angling, otter fishing, net fishing and fishing from a motorized boat are prohibited.
In Spjutsjön, there is a total fishing ban during the period 1/10 until the premiere the following year.
A total fishing ban applies within the running waters of the fishery management area during the period 1/9 - 31/12.
When fishing with fixed gear, the gear must be marked with the owner's name and telephone number. Unmarked gear may be confiscated.
When trolling, a maximum of 4 rods are allowed per boat. In Spjutsjön, a maximum of 1 rod per fishing license applies.
Minimum size for game fish is 25 cm.
A maximum of 1 license per day may be issued.
A maximum of 3 game fish per day may be caught.
It is prohibited to mash with corn, silicone balls and the like that block the fish's intestinal system.
Minimum size and number restrictions do not apply in streams.
We apply a control fee of 1000 SEK to a fisherman who has permission to fish within the fishery conservation area but who violates the association's own local fishing rules
