Everyone who rents boats from us is also responsible for returning them in the same condition as when they were received and that any fishing gear is cleaned if it has been in other waters before (i.e. scooped, hoisted, locked, etc.). You take all trash back with you.
You are responsible for bringing your own life jackets for everyone in the boat!
The person renting the boat is responsible for: – all safety in connection with the use of the boat. Avoid standing in the boat and always wear a life jacket. – that oars and scoops are still there and are in usable condition. – that the boat and accessories are restored to their original location. – that the boat is returned within the agreed rental period. – that damage and other deficiencies are reported to the association. Failure to report may result in liability for compensation. – damage must be compensated by the person who caused the damage. An inspection after the rental period may be carried out.
The lessor disclaims all responsibility for any accidents resulting from external or other circumstances.
