Everyone who rents boats from us is responsible for returning them in the same condition as when they were received, and that fishing gear which has been in other waters before is cleaned. You also need to take all your trash back with you.
You are responsible for bringing your own life jackets for everyone in the boat!
Whoever rents the boat is responsible for: - all safety during use of the boat. Avoid standing in the boat and always wear a life jacket. - that oars and bailer remain and are in usable condition. - that the boat and accessories are restored at the pier/original location. - that the boat is returned within the agreed rental period. - that damages and other deficiencies are reported to the association. Failure to report may result in liability for compensation. - damages must be compensated by the person who caused the damage. Inspection after the rental period may take place. - The oars must be locked to the boat after they have been used.
