Aspen is located close to Highway 56, two miles north of Katrineholm. In the lake there are mainly perch and pike. The lake has an area of ​​approximately 130 hectares and is 11 meters deep. That belief is water graves up to 50 meters deep. A swimming area is located near the western end of the lake.
