In Baltak, three kilometers south of Tidaholm in the direction of Falköping, you can fish for rainbow trout in Tidan's flowing water.
There are 4 zones for fly fishing, where wading is allowed in zones 1 and 3, but wading is prohibited in zones 2 and 4. The entire stretch is just under 3 kilometers with varying rapids, rapids and calm water.

Hökensås Sportfiske AB is a wholly owned subsidiary of Hushållningsällskapet Västra and was founded back in 1957. For more than 60 years, we have offered fishing all year round, for trout and rainbow trout, in 30 natural lakes in a unique wilderness environment within the Hökensås nature reserve.
The company has three fishing areas; Baltak, Hökensås and Tiveden. There are different fishing licenses for each fishing area and fishing licenses can be purchased on Hökensås' website or directly on iFiske. The fish is delivered from the own farms Källefall and Baltak.
