Borlänge central FVO comprises about 30 km of the Dalälven river from Torsång in the south to Gimsbärke in the north. Also included are Grängshammarsån and Tunaån and some 40 lakes. The total water area is 900 ha. (See the map for detailed information on the area's boundaries.)
Common fish varieties are pike, pike-perch, perch and whitefish. In Dalälven also trout and rainbow trout.
Disabled access bridge is located at Bysjön's northern beach. Boat lake - put & take water. Continuous release of rainbow trout and trout from early May to winter.
