During 2023, Sveaskog AB, Östergötlands Sportfiskeguidning and some of the private water owners
and some sponsors have released solitary pike-perch into Lake Hunn - the plan is that these releases
initially to be done on a recurring basis over a 3-year period
- During these 3 years, there is a fishing ban on pike-perch and all pike-perch must be released regardless of size - these rules apply to Sveaskog's waters in Lake Hunn.

The fish stocks in our lakes are the most common perch, pike and various whitefish, all of which have the potential to grow to large sizes.

Hunn is perhaps the most interesting of our lakes with a good population of perch and pike that often grow large – there is also a very weak population of pike-perch.

Hunn is a beautiful lake with mountainous and forested shores and the lake's depth varies from shallower bays to larger bays with depths down to 25 meters.

But other lakes can also surprise with good-sized fish – many of the smaller lakes are popular ice fishing lakes.

The following waters are available within the Finspång area: parts of Hunn , part of Erstorpesjön, Frogetorpesjön, Visjön, Ormsjön, Gunnesjön and part of Bondsjön.
