Ängelholm is a paradise for anglers. Here are generous rivers and lakes as well as a whole sea that offers fine coastal fishing. There are three short-fishing waters: Rönne å, Vege å and Västerjön. Fishing premiere in the rivers is the first weekend in March. In the Baltic Sea, fishing is allowed all year round.

The water holds a mixture of flat lake and lowland forest lake and has an area of 480 ha and maximum depth is 13 m and the average depth is 4.8 m. In addition to the fine fishing water, there is also rental of boats of which one of the boats is adapted for the disabled. Lift for getting in and disembarking are available at the bridge.
